Like many professionals, I once believed that qualifications and hard work were enough to get noticed and succeed. But in reality, people don’t always see who you truly are, they see how you present yourself.
With experience in HR across Politics, Media, IT, and Banking, I’ve witnessed many talented professionals get overlooked — not because they lacked skill, but because they weren’t visible in the right way. I realized that what drives growth isn’t just your qualifications; it’s how you communicate your value through your presence, style, and voice, which shapes how others perceive you. This understanding led me to Image Consulting, because presenting yourself well isn’t just about looking good — it’s about being seen, respected, and valued in the spaces where decisions are made.
Today, I help professionals to build a presence that commands respect, builds trust, and creates opportunities, so you no longer have to blend in, but stand out where it matters most.
Pushpa is a Certified International Image and Brand Consultant from the International Image Institute, Canada. Certified Image Professional from the Brand Image International Institute in Malaysia, and Indian School of Image Management, Mumbai. Serves as the State President of Telangana for the WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) , Image Consulting Council.
Her work has been featured in leading publications like The New Indian Express and The Success Today Magazine, and she has been honored with Awards from The Success Today Magazine, Matrudevobhava Foundation, ISIM for Outstanding Stylist, and felicitated by Former Minister & MP Venugopal Chary Sir for her outstanding contributions to empowering professionals through Image transformations.
