BOOKING, PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY

This Booking, Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the booking, payment, rescheduling, and cancellation of services offered by Intended Image Consulting LLP™ (“Company”). By booking our services, the you (“Client”) agrees to comply with and be bound by this Policy.

 

BOOKING POLICY:

All services must be booked in advance through the Company’s Website, Email, Call or WhatsApp. Upon selection of a preferred date and time, the chosen slot will be held for a period of two (2) days. If the payment and booking are not completed within this two-day window, the reserved slot will be automatically released and may be offered to another client. If the Client contacts the Company after the expiration of this period, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide the next available slot; however, the original date may no longer be available. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment by the Company.

PAYMENT POLICY:

100% payment must be completed before the session starts. The full service fee must be paid in advance and prior to the commencement of any services. No services, consultations, or slots are confirmed without full payment. The original invoice will be issued only after the completion of full payment. Following payment, the Client will receive the invoice along with detailed client guidelines within two 2-5 working days. All payments made to the Company are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Any additional expenses incurred, including but not limited to purchases of clothing, accessories, beauty treatments, or any other products or services recommended during the course of the service, shall be borne solely by the Client. Intended Image Consulting LLP™ shall not be liable for any such expenses.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • UPI / Google Pay / PhonePe (India):

  • International Bank Transfers

  • Cash/ Net Banking 

  • No Card Payments are accepted.

 

PRICE CHANGES: ​All prices are subject to change. All service prices, packages, and fees may be revised at any time .Clients will be notified of any changes in pricing before finalizing their order. ​ Price changes apply only to future bookings. Confirmed bookings with full payment remain protected. All services are prepaid, appointment-only, and subject to our refund and cancellation policy.

REFUND POLICY

All payments made to Intended Image Consulting LLP™ are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. By making the payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees that they are not entitled to any refund, whether partial or full, for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction, or inability to attend the scheduled services. This policy applies to all services, including consultations, personal sessions, workshops, and training programs. Payments once made are final, as time slots are exclusively reserved upon confirmation.

RESCHEDULING , CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that schedules may change, and we try to accommodate adjustments wherever possible while ensuring fairness to all clients. The Company allows rescheduling of services only once, subject to availability of slots, Rescheduled sessions must be availed within 30 days of the original booking date and are subject to availability. Clients must communicate any requests for rescheduling in writing via email to info@intendedimage.com or via WhatsApp or call to +91 63022 31059 within 48 hours. If the Client fails to provide the necessary information for the service to commence, and there is no communication from the Client for an extended period, the service may be deemed completed and no refund or additional rescheduling will be provided.

  • Rescheduling requires ≥2 days’ notice and is subject to availability.

For Colour Analysis Sessions

  • A rescheduling fee of ₹499 applies from the third postponement.

  • If a session is postponed repeatedly and not completed within 30 days, it will be considered cancelled as per booking validity

Other Consultations / Style Sessions

  • Rescheduling fees apply as follows:

  • Less than 24 hours before the session: ₹499/-
    Last-minute changes: ₹1499/-

Additional Postponements Beyond Two

  • Within 15 days: ₹499/- per session

  • Within 30 days: ₹1499/- per session

  • After 30 days: ₹2599/- per session, subject to availability

  • These fees apply to any remaining or unutilized sessions in styling or consultation packages.

This policy helps maintain smooth scheduling and ensures consistent service quality for all clients.

 

SERVICES

All Services are provided on an “as is” basis. While the Company endeavors to deliver professional and high-quality Image consulting, the outcome is inherently subjective. Therefore, the Company does not guarantee any specific or measurable result. All look books, style reports, colour guides, and other materials shared as part of the Services are intended solely for the Client’s personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without the Company’s prior written consent. Any expenses related to the purchase of clothing, beauty treatments, grooming, or third-party services recommended during the consultation process are the sole responsibility of the Client. The Company shall not be liable for any such external costs.

POLICY UPDATES

The Company reserves the right to update this Policy from time to time. Updated versions will indicate a “Revised Date” and will become effective immediately upon posting. Clients are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.

ACCEPTANCE
