CLIENT GUIDELINES & TERMS

To ensure the most accurate results and a smooth consultation experience, we kindly request you to review the following guidelines before your appointment.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION

For precise colour assessment, we request that you:

  • Wear neutral shades only (white, ivory, beige or light grey)

  • Arrive with no makeup

  • Keep hair neatly tied or away from the face

  • Avoid coloured contact lenses

  • Avoid heavy jewellery, scarves, or statement accessories

These steps help us assess your natural colouring accurately.

GUEST POLICY

To maintain a focused and comfortable environment for every client:

  • Guests are not permitted during the session

  • If you wish to bring someone, kindly inform us in advance so we can guide you accordingly.

  • Guests should remain seated, avoid handling materials, and refrain from giving advice or opinions.

  • This ensures a focused and professional environment

APPOINTMENT TIME & ARRIVAL

  • Sessions are conducted as per the scheduled time slot

  • Kindly arrive 10 minutes before your appointment

  • Late arrivals may lead to reduced session time and avoid delays for other clients.

  • Clients are expected to show equal seriousness, focus, and cooperation

BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION

  • All services are prepaid to confirm your appointment and  Slot confirmation is done only after full payment

  • Bookings are valid for 30 days from the date of confirmation

  • Clients are requested to attend the session or submit required photographs within this period

  • Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Read our Bookings & refund Policies

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

We accept:

  • Cash

  • UPI / Online transfer

  • Bank transfer

  • Card payments are currently not available.

PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING

  • To maintain confidentiality and protect professional processes:

  • Photography, videography, or audio recording during the session is not permitted.

REPORT DELIVERY

  • Your personalized colour and style report will be shared via  Email or WhatsApp within 7 working days after your session.

  • Reports are designed exclusively for your personal reference.

  • Requests for additional services or analysis outside the session require separate booking.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

  • All personal, professional, and session-related information is strictly confidential

  • All consultation materials, tools, and reports are proprietary to Intended Image Consulting.

We kindly request that:

  • Reports and materials are used for personal reference only

  • They are not shared, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

PROFESSIONAL GUIDELINES

  • Our recommendations are based on professional assessment and established methods.

  • We always aim to provide the best possible guidance within the scope of the service.

  • Requests or concerns outside the agreed service scope may not always be possible to accommodate, but we will always do our best to guide you appropriately.

RESCHEDULING POLICY & CANCELLATION & REFUND

We understand that schedules may change and we try to accommodate adjustments wherever possible. Up to 2 postponements per booking are acceptable, subject to availability.​ All bookings are non-refundable, as the appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. ​​UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT

  • Disrespectful, aggressive, disruptive, or unethical behavior is not tolerated

  • Such conduct may lead to termination of services without refunds.

PRICING CHANGES & REVISION OF FEES

  • Our services are customized and evolve over time to maintain quality standards.

Please note:

  • Prices may be revised periodically due to inflation, taxes, operational costs, and other business expenses

  • Quotations shared in the past may not always be applicable at a later date

  • We always try to extend preferred pricing or possible concessions for returning clients or long-term prospects wherever feasible, at our discretion

  • We appreciate your understanding that pricing reflects the time, expertise, and resources dedicated to each consultation
