Intended Image Consulting LLP™ (“Company”) provides professional Image consulting services, including but not limited to personal styling, colour analysis, bridal styling, Soft Skills, Fine Dining Etiquette and other related services (“Services”). By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Access to and use of the Company’s website and Services is conditional upon the Client’s acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and clients of the Company or of the Services. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms apply to all clients, including individual and corporate clients, and others who access or use our services.

All services are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. While we strive for the highest quality, we cannot guarantee 100% satisfaction due to the subjective nature of styling and numerous variables involved. Reports and recommendations generated as part of our services are for your personal use only and may not be used commercially without prior written consent. No physical products are shipped as part of our services unless explicitly specified.
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
Full payment is required before any services commence. All payments are non-refundable, under any circumstances. Service commencement occurs only after full payment is received. Partial payments are not accepted unless agreed in writing. All additional costs beyond the service fee, including but not limited to clothing, accessories, beauty treatments, or any other purchases recommended or suggested during the service, are borne solely by the client. Intended Image Consulting LLP™ is not responsible for any such expenses. Prices are subject to change, but clients will be notified prior to booking. Once the necessary assessment information is received and the analysis process has started, refunds cannot be processed. Link to Cancellations & Refund Policy.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Clients may reschedule a session only once, provided 48 hours’ notice is given. Missed sessions without prior notice or additional rescheduling requests will be forfeited.
No refunds will be offered for cancellations or missed sessions.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurate Information: The client is responsible for providing accurate information required for the service, including measurements, photos, and any other details. The service cannot commence until all required information is received.
Punctuality: You are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time, and the full session fee will still apply. You agree to come prepared for each session, including completing any pre-session assignments or questionnaires provided by us.
Professional Conduct: Clients must maintain professional conduct during sessions. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep the information designated as “confidential information” confidential and not disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing party, except as may be necessary in the course of performing obligations under these terms and conditions.
The confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

Is already in the public domain at the time of disclosure;

Was known to the receiving party before disclosure;

Is disclosed by a third party who is not under any obligation of confidentiality;

Is independently developed by the receiving party; or

Must be disclosed by law or regulation, provided that the disclosing party is notified in advance to allow it to seek protective measures.
The confidentiality obligations will survive after the termination of these terms and conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics, is the property of Intended Image Consulting LLP™. and is protected by intellectual property laws. All materials provided as part of the service, including look books, colour guides, and any other digital / physical materials, are the intellectual property of Intended Image Consulting LLP™. and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.Any digital products you receive as part of our services rendered to you are provided to you solely for your personal use. This means you may refer to the them and utilize them for your personal needs and not for any other purposes. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, distributing, or sharing such products with others for any commercial purpose.
PRIVACY
We respect client privacy. All information shared will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Our website use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.
LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
We provide services “as is” and cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or dissatisfaction. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Parties will first attempt amicable resolution of disputes. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation at the Mediation Centre with the laws of India. Remaining disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India.
MEDIA &MARKETING - Photo & Video Consent
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company may, from time to time, capture photographs, videos, or testimonials during or after sessions for use in the Company’s portfolio, website, marketing materials, including but not limited to social media platforms and other publicity materials. The Company will ensure that such usage respects the Client’s dignity and privacy. The Client may opt out of media use by providing written notice prior to the commencement of Services. By not opting out in writing, the Client grants Intended Image Consulting LLP™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and publish such photos, videos, or testimonials for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes. All media created by the Company during the course of Services shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
CORPORATE CLIENTS SPECIFIC TERMS
Advance Payment Option for Corporate or Special Requests: Clients may request to pay in installments; however, the Company reserves the right to approve or decline such requests. If accepted, the following schedules apply: Option 1: 50% advance at booking, with the balance due before the 1st or 2nd session depends on the sessions.
Corporate Option 2: 70% advance at booking, with the remaining balance due before the last session. Failure to comply with the agreed payment schedule may result in cancellation of the booked sessions at the Company’s discretion.

Invoice & Payment: Full payment must be received prior to the scheduled session. Services will not commence until payment is confirmed.

No Refunds: All corporate client payments are strictly non-refundable.

Late Payment: Delayed payments may result in session rescheduling or cancellation at the Company’s discretion. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the client organization.

Confirmation: Payment confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp, serving as the official acknowledgment of the booked session.
CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
We may update this combined Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date, and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
